A 80-year-old Bloomington woman who suffers with dementia was found safe Saturday after going missing, police said.
The woman, whose first name is Diane (police did not release her last name), had last been seen in the area around the 9300 block of Nesbitt Avenue.
A young couple found her walking in the area of Hillcrest Elementary School, police said. The woman was "a little cold but safe and sound," police tweeted. "Thank you ... to all of you who took time to look out for Diane!"
