Aaron Allen, 18, who had been missing for a week, has been found dead, St. Paul police said Sunday. Foul play is not suspected.
Allen was last seen June 24 near the Unidale Mall in St. Paul's Frogtown neighborhood. His relatives and friends mobilized a search; police got involved in the search last Tuesday.
On Sunday, police said Allen's body had been found.
"My family would like to thank everyone in their search and prayers to find Aaron," a post on the Finding Aaron Allen Facebook page said Sunday. "My mom found Aaron this morning. He committed suicide. We ask for prayer and strength in this time of mourning."
