Itasca County authorities said Saturday morning that they have located a 68-year-old man who was reported missing after he left his home Friday morning to run an errand and never returned.

Because of health issues, authorities had been concerned for the welfare of Paul Joseph O'Reilly, a sheriff's dispatcher said.

Marcell is an unincorporated community in north-central Minnesota, and located 28 miles north of Grand Rapids. State Highways 38 and 286 are main routes in the community.
