A 30-year-old man is missing from a group home in Isanti County, and police suspect that he may have headed to the Twin Cities on a bicycle.
Yusuf A. Guled, who is on medication, was reported missing Wednesday from a Safe Transitions group home in Cambridge, police said.
Guled is described as black, 5-feet-8, 110 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a black wool jacket, with a blue hooded sweatshirt underneath, black stocking hat and black gloves. The sweatshirt had white writing on it.
Guled could have been riding a medium-blue 10-speed bicycle toward Minneapolis, police said.
Safe Transitions helps people in Minnesota with mental illness and disabilities in 12 adult foster-care settings as well as at the homes of adults and children.
