Missing insulin-dependent Crystal woman, 88, is located

Police wanted calls to 911 from anyone with information about the woman's whereabouts.

An elderly woman has been located after Crystal police put out an urgent plea Sunday for anyone with information to call 911.

Florence Carroll, 88, left a family member's home in Brooklyn Park early Saturday evening in her car, according to Crystal police.

Police issued a statement about 8:25 a.m. Sunday saying Carroll, who is dependent on insulin, had been located. No further details were released.
