Missing 34-year-old Minneapolis woman found 'safe and sound'

A Minneapolis woman who had been missing for two days was found "safe and sound" Friday morning, police said.

Kiana Nicole Skinner, 34, who had been described as medically vulnerable, was last seen about 3 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of SE. 6th Street, according to police.

She was found "safe and sound" Friday morning, according to police spokesman John Elder. He thanked citizens who helped look for her.
