Minnesotans of many faith traditions invite you to join us to show your support for a community of religious respect and tolerance by attending Minnesotans Standing Together:
A Multi-faith Prayer Service for Respect Tuesday, September 28, 7:00 P.M.

Minneapolis, MN 55404-1496 In response to anti-Islam speech, fear, anxiety, and forces of division unsettling communities across the state and nation, Minnesotans will unite across religious differences for a multi-faith prayer service. Former Governor Al Quie will provide the opening address on Tuesday, September 28 as Minnesotans of many faith traditions will join together at Central Lutheran Church in downtown Minneapolis to pray for respect for the many ways that citizens of the state profess their religious beliefs. Other participants include the Rev. Peg Chemberlin, Executive Director of the Minnesota Council of Churches, Imam Makram El-Amin of Masjid An Nur and Rabbi David Locketz, President of the Minnesota Rabbinical Assocation. Sponsors:
