The remains of a Minnesota sailor killed in the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor will be laid to rest in his hometown of Rushford, Minn., this Saturday.

Navy Seaman 1st Class Joseph M. Johnson, 22, was killed when the USS Oklahoma was bombed. His unidentified remains had been buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu until they were exhumed and identified last year via DNA analysis.

He will be buried at Rushford Lutheran Cemetery with full military honors.
