A Minnesota woman is ready to share her loss with the country. Don't worry; it's the good kind of loss.

Sarah Brindle, who lives in Minneapolis, will appear during the fourth hour of the "Today" show Monday mornig to talk about how she's lost 150 pounds over the last two years. It's part of the show's "Joy Fit Club" with Hoda Kotb, Kathie Lee Gifford and nutritionist Joy Bauer.

"I am excited to share my story and very much hope to encourage others by sharing what I've learned and experienced," Brindle said. "I lost weight naturally through diet and excerise and addressed many accompanying emotional aspects of eating."

The fourth hour of "Today" airs locally at 10 a.m. on KARE, Ch. 11.
