For the first time this season (and in club history, technically), Minnesota United has fielded the same starting lineup as the previous match. In fact, this is the first repeat lineup at all so far in eight matches.

Bobby Shuttleworth

Jerome Thiesson, Brent Kallman, Francisco Calvo, Marc Burch

Ibson, Sam Cronin

Kevin Molino, Johan Venegas, Miguel Ibarra

Christian Ramirez

Bench: John Alvbage, Jermaine Taylor, Collen Warner, Bashkim Kadrii, Justin Davis, Ish Jome, Abu Danladi.

Same bench too, can you believe.

As expected, Molino and Burch retain their spots in the lineup despite minor injuries this week. Midfielder Rasmus Schuller was also left out, again as expected, with a hip injury. Kallman is also back in action after leaving last week's 1-0 win against the Colorado Rapids in the 66th minute with a calf/hip injury.

Yet again, former captain Vadim Demidov isn't on the bench. Check out my story on him here. It's worth a read, I think.

And here's the San Jose Earthquakes' lineup:
