Chris, 11, is smart, charming, creative, witty and engaging. He has sparkling eyes and often has a big smile on his face. He loves chocolate bars and cheeseburgers. Chris needs a family he can call his own, with parents who will love him unconditionally. They would need to be consistent, firm, nurturing and have a good sense of humor. Adoption makes Chris very nervous, but he's coming around to the idea. Chris needs parents who are very flexible — willing to give him some control over things while still holding him accountable. Following adoption, Chris would need to continue regular contact with his sister.

To learn more about Chris, contact Minnesota Adoption Resource Network (MARN) at 612-861-7115. If you do not have a home study and are wondering how to start your adoption process, visit the MARN website at www.mnadopt.org/informationpacket.html.
