Dylan has been in foster care since age 9, and he turns 18 this year. But he has not lost hope of finding an adoptive family. Dylan has a good sense of humor and a love of cars, animals and rocks. He has a deep desire for lasting relationships, and also has relatives and a great support system, from community members to social workers. But Dylan is looking for a family who will plan his high school graduation party, who will hang his picture in the living room and who has siblings he can cheer on at basketball games.

Dylan also needs a consistent home for the holidays, a family to go to if his group home can no longer care for him, someone to pay for unexpected or excess medical needs and someone to help him maintain and navigate birth family relationships.
