Why does Steele County in southeastern Minnesota rank as the state's healthiest county? Why is Carver County the place where Minnesotans live the longest?

A new "2012 County Health Rankings" by the University of Wisconsin and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, made public today, compares every county in the United States on preventable deaths, teen births, unemployment, education and many other measures that influence overall health.
