Minnesota road deaths dropped for the fourth consecutive year in 2011. The total of 368 deaths represents a 44 percent decrease in annual fatalities from a decade ago. The fatalities included 120 unbelted motorists, 111 alcohol-impaired crash victims, 42 motorcyclists and 40 pedestrians.
