Minnesota has a nice cache of basketball recruits over the next couple years, but the Gophers are far from the only ones paying attention. Two locals picked up another offer apiece this weekend, adding to the competition Minnesota is facing for commitments. Rashad Vaughn, one of the stars of the 2014 class and a shooting guard ranked at No. 12 in ESPN's national rankings for that class, picked up his 21st offer on Friday, according to Chris Fisher of 247sports.com, after coach John Calipari visited Vaughn at Robbinsdale Cooper. Vaughn's other offers include Wisconsin, Syracuse, Louisville, Kansas and Minnesota. Also getting some attention this weekend was 2013's Graham Woodward, a point guard from Edina, who was offered from Penn State. Woodward has 14 other offers right now, including an offer from Gonzaga last week. Minnesota has shown interest in Woodward but still hasn't offered yet. The Gophers have yet to get a single commitment for 2013.
