A Wyoming, Minn., man has been arrested in connection with the hit-and-run crash that killed a 24-year-old Army veteran who was stopped on the roadside near Hinckley, Minn.

State Patrol troopers arrested the 31-year-old man on Wednesday at his parents' Wyoming home after receiving a tip from the public. He's being held by the Pine County Sheriff's Office on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide and hit-and-run.

Army vet Trevor Langlois, also of Wyoming, died Sunday after he was hit on June 17 while pulled over on an entrance ramp to Interstate 35 near Hinckley. Langlois and a friend pulled to the side of the road when Langlois' GMC pickup developed a problem. While Langlois was out of his vehicle he was struck by a Ford F-150 pickup as it entered the interstate.
