Three sessions, six matches and still no upsets today at the state volleyball tournament.

In the first Class 1A session of the afternoon, top seed and defending state runner-up Minneota defeated Pine-to-Prairie Conference product Win-E-Mac 25-13, 25-13, 25-15 on one side of the arena. Shortly after, No. 4 seed Martin County West disposed of Ada-Borup 25-19, 25-16, 26-24.

Mr. Jim Paulsen has just entered the arena (CROWD NOISE!!!!) and he has you covered the rest of the way today. But never fear, I won't be too far away. Everybody now: Awwwww!
