Whistleblower wants to know how Minneapolis voters experienced the new world of ranked choice elections, otherwise known as instant runoff voting. What's your name for it? Does it feel more democratic? Or do you like the old version of democracy? Did it make you think more about your choices? Do you pity the people who have to explain who won, and why?
