APRIL 29

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for a lane use violation near the intersection of Hwy. 169 and W. 2nd Street.

MAY 2

Driving violations. A woman was arrested for driving with a suspended license and having no insurance after a traffic stop at Hwy. 169 and Delaware Avenue. The woman was issued citations and was advised that if she continued driving she could be stopped again. The officer observed the woman driving away and she was subsequently arrested by a Belle Plaine police officer.

MAY 3

Motor vehicle theft. A motor vehicle was reported stolen on the 20400 block of Sawmill Road.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for lane use violations near the intersection of Hwys. 169 and 21.

PRIOR LAKE

MAY 1

Assault. A 53-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for assault and domestic assault on the 16300 block of Duluth Avenue SE.

MAY 2

DWI. A 32-year-old Grey Eagle, Minn., man was arrested for DWI and driving with a canceled license after a traffic stop at 140th Street and McKenna Road NW.

MAY 3

Drug activity. A 31-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia and selling controlled substances, and a 23-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of prescription drugs at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

Trespassing. A 51-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for trespassing at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

MAY 5

Disorderly conduct. A 63-year-old Anoka man was arrested for disorderly conduct at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd. NW.

MAY 6

Drug activity. A 31-year-old Stillwater man was arrested for possession of meth, drug paraphernalia and trespassing at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

MAY 7

Criminal sexual conduct. A 27-year-old ­Prior Lake man was arrested for criminal sexual conduct, domestic assault and terroristic threats.

Obstructing the legal process. A 21-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and obstructing the legal process with force after a traffic stop for running a stop sign and failing to signal a turn on the 3300 block of Fox Tail Trail NW.

MAY 2

Warrant service. A 31-year-old Burnsville man was arrested on a Scott County warrant and for driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of Joppa Avenue S. and Egan Drive.

MAY 4

Warrant service. A 26-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested on a Scott County warrant and for having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop near the intersection of S. Hwy. 13 and W. 128th Street. The man was also cited for driving with a revoked license.

MAY 5

DWI. A 32-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and failure to change the address on his driver's license within 30 days of moving. His car was parked on the roadway near the intersection of Texas Avenue and Broadview Drive.

DWI. A 20-year-old Brooklyn Center man was arrested for DWI and driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop by police investigating an assault charge near the intersection of W. 126th Street and Joppa Avenue S. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said.

Obstruction of justice. A 22-year-old Savage woman was arrested for giving false information to police and on Dakota County warrants by officers attempting to contact the woman on another call on W. 126th Street.

Order for protection violation. A 40-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for violating an order for protection and on outstanding Scott County warrants, and a 16-year-old Shakopee boy was arrested on Scott County warrants on the 200 block of 3rd Avenue W.

MAY 3

Theft. A 23-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for theft, trespassing, possession of a controlled substance and on outstanding Hennepin County warrants; a 19-year-old Bloomington woman was arrested for theft; a 26-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for providing false information to police, trespassing, possession of controlled substances and hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia, as well as on outstanding Hennepin County warrants; and a 23-year-old Edina man was arrested on an outstanding Hennepin County warrant. The arrests occurred at Wal-Mart, 8101 N. Old Carriage Court.

DWI. A 24-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for DWI, and a 19-year-old St. Paul man and 17-year-old Shakopee boy were arrested for underage alcohol consumption on the 2400 block of Paha Circle.

Order for protection violation. A 20-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 8500 block of Grove Circle.
