Minneapolis police say a woman accused of abducting her two young children Tuesday in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood is in custody, and her kids have been found safe.
According to police, a 3-year-old and 1-year-old had been last seen around 3 p.m. Tuesday leaving light-rail transit with their 18-year-old mother, who was on a court-ordered supervised visit at the time and left with the children.
