Minneapolis police have arrested a 23-year-old man suspected of killing two people last weekend near Franklin and Chicago Avenues.
The man was booked in the Hennepin County Adult Detention Center on two counts of probable cause murder. He is expected to be charged Monday. The man is not being named pending the charges.
