Minneapolis has a one-stop shop for reporting graffiti, fireworks complaints, stray dog problems, streetlight outages, trouble finding police precincts and much more.

Now those call hours are being extended around the Super Bowl.

Minneapolis 311 will be operating 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday; 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Jan. 29 to Feb. 2, and 8 a.m. to midnight Feb. 3 and 4.

Callers outside those hours can leave a message and an agent will return the call the following business day.

The service is available for both residents and visitors; many problems can be reported online, as well.

The service offers a place to complain about traffic signs, housing violations and snow and ice problems. It offers information on city services and meetings. It also offers an online link to obtaining permits for block parties and home improvement projects and utility bill payments.
