March 31, 2009 at 11:00PM

A batch of moderate to heavy rain will spread into the Northeast onWednesday. The good news is that the area of rain will move fairly quickly, which will limit the rainfall and keep the threat of flooding to a minimum. The rain could cause some ponding on roadways and visibility will be reducedfor travelers due to the spray.
