After a two-week hiatus to rest his surgically repaired right eye, Vikings coach Mike Zimmer — shown instructing rookie safety Tommy Armstrong on Tuesday — returned to organized team activities this week. Zimmer said the repaired retina is in "good shape'' but admitted he should have taken the injury more seriously earlier. Story, C3.
