It's called "Much Too Soon." It's "new" in the sense that it hasn't been heard previously, but not "new" in the sense that he has expired and is not making any more music. This won't stop them from releasing an album each year for the next 35 years, culminating in a duet album with Tupac, but if you're a fan it's great news.

You need iTunes to hear it. If you're thinking of going to YouTube to hear it, confident someone snagged it, made a video, and uploaded it - well, you're too late: the page says "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Web Sheriff."

Is that an elected position, or are they nominated by the current mayor?
