Drugs. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1400 block of 155th Avenue NW. While they were investigating, a 17-year-old girl dropped narcotics on the floor. Officers searched the girl, found more narcotics and arrested her.

Drunken driving. A 35-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for drunken driving after he collided with a parked truck in the 5700 block of Xerxes Avenue S.

Drunken driving. A 68-year-old Glenwood, Minn., woman was arrested for drunken driving after officers investigated a single-vehicle crash at Hwy. 7 and Morse Avenue.

FRIDLEY

Assist public. Officers responded to a report of a 25-year-old man who had called Uber and then fallen asleep in the vehicle in the 4900 block of NE. 3rd Street. Officers were able to wake the man and then took him to his grandmother's house.

Suspicious vehicle. A deputy responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of St. Croix Trail spotted a van with its rear doors opened. A man at the scene said that he was organizing things in his van before going camping.

Theft. A man and woman left a restaurant in the 3000 block of White Bear Avenue without paying for their meal after their credit card was rejected.

Lost property. A deputy found a cellphone alongside Square Lake Trail and returned it to a woman who had reported leaving it on the roof of her vehicle.

Child found. Officers responded to a report of a 4-year-old boy wandering on Sunnybrook Circle. They found boy's parents, who said he must have woken up from a nap and left through a patio door.

NEW BRIGHTON

Theft. Someone selling an iPhone for $300 in the 1100 block of Silver Lake Road reported meeting a buyer who gave them $50, then grabbed the phone and fled.

PINE SPRINGS

Animal concern. A resident in the 5000 block of Henna Court reported that a black bear had torn down a bird feeder on their porch. The bear left the area after the complainant's dog barked at it.

RAMSEY

JUNE 21

Assist animal. Police officers and firefighters responded to a report of a dog walking on the roof of a townhouse in the 7300 block of 147th Terrace NW. The dog, which had gone through a screened window, was safely rescued and returned inside.

Public intoxication. Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated man at Anytime Fitness, 2701 39th Av. They arrested the 50-year-old man on a Ramsey County warrant.
