Meet Tony Kennedy
Tony Kennedy this week begins a new assignment as the newspaper’s outdoors reporter, working alongside columnist Dennis Anderson.
Kennedy joined the Star Tribune in 1991 and has been a lead writer on some of the newspaper’s biggest stories. A former business reporter who in 2002 joined the Star Tribune’s investigative team, he most recently covered environmental issues.
Kennedy grew up in West St. Paul and graduated from Marquette. He is an avid outdoorsman who particularly enjoys visits to the boundary waters, as well as fishing, deer hunting and pheasant hunting.
