Medical help for veterans

In February, the Vietnam Veterans of America helped launch the Veterans Health Council to aid veterans with medical problems linked to their military service. Its website, www.veteranshealth.org, has information for veterans who served in Vietnam, the Gulf War, Iraq and Afghanistan.

The federal Department of Veterans Affairs also has a website that lists the medical conditions officially linked to Agent Orange, the herbicide used in Vietnam: www.va.gov/agentorange.
