Vikings rookie running back Jerick McKinnon was the only player absent at Friday's practice.

McKinnon hasn't participated all week dealing with a lingering low back injury. His status at this point for Sunday's game against the Panthers doesn't look too good.

Wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson (knee), defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd (knee) and tight end Chase Ford (hamstring/foot) all returned to practice for the first time this week.

The Vikings practiced indoors with the doors closed coming off a walkthrough on Thanksgiving.
