The Vikings need to upgrade at wide receiver, and specifically they need a certain type of receiver: someone with some size who can make a play in the end zone.

If they decide to look at a veteran to add some depth, here's one name that might intrigue me: Marques Colston.

ESPN.com reported Tuesday that the Saints are likely to release the veteran WR soon.

Colston turns 33 in a few months, but he's 6-4 and has a résumé that includes 72 touchdown catches and nearly 10,000 yards.

As a situational red zone target at a low cost, you could do worse.
