Mark Craig's three-and-out

October 27, 2012 at 10:47PM

Three observations ... • The Bears start a half better than anybody. They've outscored opponents 23-7 in the first quarter and 40-6 in the third.

• A year after throwing 20 interceptions, Philip Rivers is on pace for 24 this season. But at least he's playing the Browns.

• Michael Vick has 13 turnovers in six games. In 32 starts in Philadelphia, Vick has 40 turnovers (28 interceptions and 12 fumbles).

Two bold predictions ... • With an initial boost from firing their defensive coordinator, the Eagles will upset the undefeated Falcons.

• The Saints are back. They'll beat Peyton Manning and the Broncos in Denver.
