Runners swept through the first mile of the 2014 Twin Cities Marathon along S. 6th Street under the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis. Tyler Pennel of North Carolina won the race in 2:13:32. Turn to C1. One pair of racers went the extra mile by getting engaged at the finish line. Turn to A7.
