Map of Snowfall for Denver to Great Lakes

A weak storm swinging east from Colorado will spread snow from the mountainsof Utah to the Great Lakes today into tonight.Denver will get 1-3 inches of snow today, creating some dangerous travelconditions. There could be airport delays and possibly even cancellations.

Cheyenne, Wyo., will also have poor travel weather with snow falling atmoderate and heavy rates there today.

The highest amounts of 6-12 inches will fall over the Colorado Rockies.

Snow will also streak eastward across the central Plains into the Great Lakes,mostly this afternoon through tonight. Generally light snow, 1-3 inches, willaccumulate in this corridor.

Travel could become slick and dangerous along portions of I-25, I-70 andI-80.
