A man was shot and wounded Wednesday night in south Minneapolis, in the area of Bloomington Avenue and E. 27th Street, according to police.
The man did not appear to be critically wounded, but further details were not available just after midnight on his condition.
The shooting was reported at 11:42 p.m. from someone who phoned from the nearby Little Earth Reservation, where apparently the victim had made his way to get help, police said. The shooting was not on the reservation, said John Elder, a police spokesman.
