A man shot Tuesday night near Concordia University St. Paul has died, according to St. Paul police.
Police responded about 11 p.m. to shots fired near Hamline and Marshall Avenues. Police said they found a man on the sidewalk who had been shot. He was taken to Regions Hospital, where he underwent surgery. Police learned Wednesday morning that the man, who hasn't been identified yet, died.
No arrests have been made.
