St. Paul police discovered an unidentified man's body about 12:30 p.m. Sunday after being called to a stormwater drainage pond in the Payne-Phalen neighborhood, according to Steve Linders, spokesman for the St. Paul Police Department.
The body was found near the intersection of Arlington Avenue E. and Arkwright Street N., Linders said.
Though the cause of death isn't yet known, it does not appear suspicious, he said.
The Ramsey County medical examiner may perform an autopsy as soon as Monday, he said.
