A man killed Friday in north Minneapolis has been identified by authorities as DeShaun Guilmant, 23, of St. Cloud.
Police said he was shot several times in the chest on 36th Avenue N. while in a car between Dupont and Emerson Avenues N. about 6:15 p.m. He died several minutes later, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
His death was ruled a homicide. Police continue to investigate.
