A man was found shot to death in St. Paul, and police said Sunday they are looking for the killer.
Shots fired about 11 p.m. Saturday brought officers to the scene, police said.
Officers discovered a wounded man near University and Prior avenues, and Fire Department medics declared him dead, police added.
Police have not said what prompted the violence, but, they said, "investigators … do not believe there is a risk to the public."
The man's name has yet to be released.
Anyone with information about the killing is asked to call police at 651-266-5650.
