A man was hospitalized after being injured in a hit-and-run in downtown Minneapolis early Saturday.
The man was hit at 2:45 a.m. near the corner of 3rd Street and 1st Avenue N., according to Minneapolis police Sgt. Steve McCarty.
He was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center in serious condition, McCarty said.
No further details were immediately available.
