Roseville police are looking for suspects in connection with a shooting Monday evening that left one man injured.

Calls came in about 7:45 p.m. about shots fired on the 200 block of Grandview Avenue. When police arrived they found a vehicle upside down in a parking lot and a 50-year-old innocent bystander suffering from a gunshot wound, according to a recording posted on the Police Clips website.

The man was taken to a hospital and was released, Roseville police said.

According to witnesses, a dark colored vehicle was driving toward Rice Street when the front seat passenger leaned out of an open window and fired six to seven shots at another vehicle leaving the Hillsborough Apartment complex on the 2300 block of Woodbridge Street, Roseville police said in a statement.

Police suspect a bullet fragment hit the man, who was walking to his car parked at the apartment complex.

According to the recording, suspects left the scene in a black or dark blue Trailblazer. The car also hit a parked car as it left the parking lot.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the Minnesota Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
