A 41-year-old man has died from injuries he sustained in a car accident in Richfield in October.
Francisco Javier Ramirez, of Richfield, died Friday morning at Hennepin County Medical Center.
Ramirez was driving a 2000 Chrysler Concorde early in the morning on Oct. 16. He was traveling southbound on Hwy. 77 at "high speeds, swerved onto the exit ramp, lost control and rolled into a ditch," according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle, the state patrol said.
