The local U.S. Marshals Violent Crimes Task Force arrested 23-year-old Abdirahman Haji-Hassan in Minneapolis on Dec. 19, according to a release from the Portland Police Department.

Information about the arrest was not made public until Friday.

Haji-Hassan was charged in connection with the death of Richard Lobor, 23, who was found shot to death Nov. 21 in a Portland apartment.
