Man, 24, charged with reckless homicide in fatal weekend shooting of 14-year-old Milwaukee boy
DeMario Jackson is accused of shooting the boy, Japhet Moore, in the head.
Prosecutors filed a complaint Tuesday alleging Jackson indiscriminately fired a gun outside a house party overnight Friday and shot four people, killing Moore.
The Journal Sentinel (http://bit.ly/13kfguz ) reports Jackson also is charged with three counts of recklessly endangering safety and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Witnesses say there was a party at a house on the street. The complaint says three men began fighting when a man, later identified as Jackson, came out of the house and fired multiple times into the crowd.
The shooting wounded a 15-year-old boy, a 22-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy.
