TIE-DYE MILK POUR SOME MILK ONTO A PLATE. PUT 2 TO 3 DROPS OF FOOD COLORING (OF EACH COLOR YOU WANT TO USE) ONTO THE SURFACE OF THE MILK. ADD A TEASPOON OF DISH-WASHING LIQUID TO 1/2 CUP OF WATER. DIP A COTTON SWAB INTO THE DETERGENT MIXTURE, AND THEN TOUCH THE TIP TO THE MILK. THE DETERGENT BREAKS THE SURFACE TENSION OF THE MILK.
