About 30 Apple MacBooks were stolen from St. Odilia School in Shoreview over the weekend, authorities said.

A suspect or suspects climbed onto the roof and broke into the school through a second-floor window, said Ramsey County sheriff's spokesman Randy Gustafson. About 30 MacBooks that were locked up on a secure cart were stolen, he said.

The suspect or suspects apparently also left through the second-floor window.

Authorities alerted pawn shops, but none of the stolen MacBooks had surfaced by Monday afternoon.

The burglary does not appear linked to other cases, Gustafson said.
