Lynx update: The Lynx are 5-5 in their past 10 games after a grind-it-out 74-69 victory Sunday against Seattle. C Janel McCarville scored 22 points, a personal best in a Lynx jersey. G Monica Wright started in place of Seimone Augustus, the league's sixth-leading scorer (17.2 points per game) who did not dress because of left knee bursitis and is unlikely to play Thursday. … F Maya Moore leads the league in scoring (22.8) and the Lynx in rebounding (8.1).

Stars update: San Antonio has won its past five road games, a streak that started after an 88-72 loss to the Lynx on May 30. … The Stars are the league's best three-point shooting team with a .385 percentage, while the Lynx's opponents are making a league-high .390 percentage of their threes. … G Danielle Robinson leads San Antonio in scoring (14.1) and assists (5.7), G Becky Hammon in three-point shooting at .528.
