Twin Cities may be one of the markets served by posh charter airline.

A charter airline in the making is aiming to start first-class flights in the fall that will take gamblers and vacationers to Las Vegas, and it said that the Twin Cities is one of the numerous markets it hopes to serve. Read more here.
