Rub a dub dub, the Lowry Hill Tunnel will get a scrub down on Monday and Tuesday nights.
From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. both days, the westbound lanes of I-94 will be shut down at the Hennepin/Lyndale Avenue exit and eastbound lanes will be closed at I-394. Motorists will be detoured along the prohibited detour route along Hennepin and Lyndale avenues.
