Greetings. Youngblood here on this sunny Saturday. Jerry will be with the team tomorrow against KG and the Celtics

The news coming out of practice today was that rumors of Kevin Love being finished for the season have been greatly exaggerated.

Funny how the tail wags the dog these days. Love, with a sore left groin muscle, doesn't make the trip to Dallas and Memphis. Dallas reporter asks if Love is done for the season. Coach Rambis says anything is possible, which is kind of the standard sort of answer you often get from Rambis on questions like that. Headline goes up on-line, and the next thing you know people are reporting that Love is getting shut down.

Which brings us back to Saturday's practice, which Love participated in. Now, it wasn't a particularly hard practice, not with the team coming off back-to-back games. Love is listed as questionable and the decision will be made tomorrow.

Here is Love, who clearly saw those headlines, too: "I'm not sure (about Sunday's game with the Celtics). I'll have to wait and see on that. But I'm not out for the season, let's put it that way. I'm OK. I'll be back."

Love said much of the stiffness is still there, but most of the pain is gone. The two games off apparently did him some good. "If I come out (Sunday), wake up and feel good I'll probably try to give it a go," Love said. "Right now I'm just not sure."

That's about it for now. I'll be writing about the killer three-game stretch against the top Eastern Conference teams for tomorrow's paper. As I said, Jerry will pick the team back up for tomorrow's game. You all have a good night.
