Looking ahead (a little) to spring training [UPDATED]

I'm monitoring any developments between the Twins and RHP Carl Pavano. Will blog if there is news today.

FOX's Ken Rosenthal reported last night that the Twins have added a second year to their offer. That fits with something I heard recently about the Twins offering a one-year deal with an option. I didn't report it at the time because it wasn't from a top source.

UPDATE: I doubt a deal will be announced tonight. But indications are that the sides continue to make progress. I still think if's going to happen soon.

Anyway, what I need from readers today are.......tips!
